"I'm a great driver. No at fault accidents ever and no tickets in over 8 years. I'm the kind of driver insurance companies should love. I don't drive recklessly and my insurance payment is basically free money to them. State Farm has the audacity to quote me $2448.45 per 6 months, about $1,688 more than I'm paying now and they told me they don't know why. That's bull. I did some research. Apparently, your credit score now affects your insurance risk, seemingly for no reason other than to charge you more. I had a bankruptcy over a year ago. It happens. It hasn't affected my driving in any way. I guess all the big insurance company do this now. It's anti-consumer and shouldn't be tolerated. They don't want to insure someone like me with a perfect driving record by charging reasonably for insurance? Fine. If you have perfect credit and perfect driving history, give them a shot. Otherwise, check elsewhere. This business doesn't care about earning your business when they quote outrages prices and shrugs their shoulders as to why. They know and they don't care."
